Honest limits
What it can't do
- Instagram has no instant export — Meta emails the download, which can take a few hours.
- Reels, posts, voice notes and photos shared in DMs aren't analyzed, only written messages.
- Vanish-mode messages and unsent messages aren't in the download, so they can't be read.
- This isn't a DM viewer or tracker: it only reads your own data download, and it never logs in to Instagram.
