Your export therefore contains Saved Chat History: messages that you or the other person saved by pressing and holding them, or that were kept by a chat's deletion setting. If a conversation was never saved, it will not be in the file, and no tool can bring it back.
How do you download your Snapchat data?

5Download the ZIP from the email link
Snapchat emails a download link when the file is ready, often within hours, up to seven days for large exports. You can also return to My Data and open See exports. Download the ZIP, open the json folder, and upload chat_history.json.
